Thomas Drive Remodel

The Thomas Drive Remodel project was an entire home remodel including interior and exterior work. The house was a dated 1970s home that was gutted for a full interior and exterior remodel. Every room of the house was updated to become a Santa Barbara Spanish style home. This included new floor plans, flooring, lighting, doors, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, bedrooms and exterior landscape. The electricity was also updated to solar panels.
